Rules and Regulations
Please note we can take a maximum of six (6) passengers.
Trip cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 2 weeks in advance or your deposit will be forfeit.
The captain only may cancel your trip due to inclement weather or other uncontrollable circumstances.
If your date is cancelled we will make every effort to reschedule you to another convenient date or refund your deposit.
NO ILLEGAL DRUGS
Beer and wine in moderation. No hard liquor please. Your safety is our number one concern.
All decisions will be the sole responibiilty of the captain. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
No Black sole shoes please (sneakers or rubber deck boots are ok)
